What Features Are Available in The Customer Care Center?

There are many features available for our customers on the Customer Care Center.  We're always working to add additional tools. Currently, the most popular areas are:



Support
– from the support area you can open support tickets and find how-to and technical documents.

 

 



Training Center
– The training center consists of live webinars, Training Now webinars (available on demand) and training documents to help you get the most out of your Resource Systems products.

 



Community
– From the community area you can sign up for The CareTracker Pulse, read recent newsletters and even submit ideas to help us improve our products.
